As the Senior Manager - Equipment Engineering & Maintenance, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and optimizing maintenance services to ensure they are cost-effective while meeting or surpassing equipment performance requirements. Monitoring and reporting on equipment performance and expenditures will be crucial to ensure activities stay within budget parameters and achieve key performance indicators. Adhering to work practices, schedules, policies, standards, risk assessments, and procedures is essential to deliver quality service that satisfies customers at the right price and time.
In this role, you will also manage the requirements of spares, tools, or maintenance supplies to guarantee the availability of necessary materials/services of high quality at the right time with minimal stock in the warehouse/workshop. Additionally, you will oversee department budgets, equipment OPEX/CAPEX projects, define scopes, and provide technical evaluations across various disciplines such as Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation. Ideal candidates for this position are experienced professionals with a strong background in equipment engineering and maintenance management within the maritime industry.
