We are currently seeking a Finance Manager for one of our esteemed clients based in Meydan. The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in leading core finance functions within the organization and will report directly to the CEO. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and implement financial strategies and policies that support the company's objectives while ensuring sound financial practices and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager include overseeing financial risk management, securing appropriate funding, leading financial planning and analysis (FP&A), ensuring compliance with IFRS standards, managing auditing processes, internal controls, cost control measures, tax obligations, and licensing requirements. Additionally, the Finance Manager will be responsible for preparing departmental budgets aligned with organizational goals, monitoring spending patterns, analyzing financial reports, identifying trends, conducting internal audits for oversight purposes, and managing the finance team effectively.
The ideal candidate for this role must hold a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting along with a professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, or CPA. A minimum of 7 years of relevant financial experience is required, including at least 2 years of experience working in the UAE. Proven expertise in leading finance teams, managing financial reporting processes efficiently, strong knowledge of statutory laws and financial regulations are essential qualifications. Fluency in English is mandatory for effective communication within the organization.
