This role will involve supporting all four campuses of our Massachusetts State Curriculum schools. The ideal candidate will be able to start immediately and play a crucial role in upholding our core values and ethos while ensuring efficient operations across all school sites.
The successful candidate for this position will oversee the organization and delivery of operations, administration (customer service), and support service teams within the school(s). They will be responsible for implementing a 'service culture' that prioritizes effective staff deployment and recruitment of high-caliber candidates. Working closely with the Principal, Senior Leadership, and Aldar Education HQ, the Operations Manager will provide support and advice on operational and HSE matters, ensuring compliance with performance management systems. Additionally, they will implement processes to guide strategic decision-making on Audit and Regulatory Compliance matters to maintain compliance during authority and internal audit visits throughout the year.
Furthermore, the Operations Manager will focus on supporting continuous professional development and training for all operations and support service staff to contribute to the overall development and achievements of the school. By collaborating with the principal, they will play a key role in achieving strategic objectives by formulating specific aspects of business plans or improvement plans related to operations and support services.
