As the Senior Manager IT Service Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the streamlined operation of service desk support and end user computing delivery across EDGE and its entities. Your core responsibilities will include defining IT support standards, monitoring IT services for quality and compliance, overseeing incident management through an integrated service desk, analyzing operational performance to suggest improvements, managing escalations for prompt resolution of major incidents, and ensuring routine maintenance of various IT assets.

In this role, you will develop key performance indicators (KPIs) such as End User Satisfaction and Net Promoter Score to gauge end user satisfaction levels. Additionally, you will propose continuous service improvement opportunities, monitor adherence to SLAs with internal stakeholders and third-party providers, provide input towards budget preparation for the function, collaborate with internal stakeholders for alignment of IT services with business needs, coordinate with other IT functions for cohesive operations, and perform any other duties as requested by the reporting manager.
