As the Financial Controller at ADSS, you will work closely with the Finance Director to oversee financial reporting, regulatory compliance, risk management, and financial planning. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining accurate financial statements in accordance with IFRS, overseeing financial closing processes, ensuring robust internal controls over financial reporting, managing regulatory reporting requirements such as SCA (preferred), DFSA/FSRA standards, leading internal and external audits, monitoring cash flow and treasury management activities, supporting strategic financial planning through budgeting and forecasting, and analyzing financial performance to provide actionable insights.
To excel in this role, you must have expertise in IFRS and at least 3-4 years of experience in a Big 4 or Big 10 audit firm within the last three years. You should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
