We are currently seeking a Financial Controller (H/F) to join our team and assist in improving finance activities for the business unit while supporting the CFO. The role involves providing weekly analyses on sales, margins, and various KPIs, managing month-end closure tasks including sales and margin analyses, P&L statements, variances, overheads monitoring of provisions. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing new monitoring tools, reporting required analyses to the group system, analyzing financial performance at departmental and BU levels, assisting with budgeting processes, forecasting campaigns, mid-term plans campaigns as well as supporting during Audit & Internal Control campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in finance or accounting with 3-5 years of experience in an international company. Strong Excel skills are essential along with experience using ERP systems. Fluency in English is required with knowledge of French being an asset.
