As an HR Executive at Al Hathboor Group L.L.C., your primary responsibilities will include identifying and attracting qualified candidates for various positions through effective channels and methods. You will be responsible for posting job ads, organizing resumes and applications, arranging interviews, conducting background checks, and completing joining formalities in compliance with UAE government regulations. Additionally, you will play a key role in orienting new employees to the organization and maintaining accurate employee records in Oracle.
In this role, you will oversee the completion of employee probation periods, maintain the HR database, update personnel information regularly, monitor daily attendance across all locations, process monthly payroll reports, generate essential monthly reports such as birthday lists and new joinee lists. You will also provide support to the Admin department when needed and serve as a point of contact for resolving HR-related queries from employees and stakeholders. Furthermore, you will assist the HR Manager with core HR activities and day-to-day operations.
