As the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic financial support by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and best estimate processes. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models to assess key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics (KFIs). Your deep understanding of macroeconomic factors will enable you to evaluate their impact on the business and communicate complex financial data through clear business presentations and summaries for senior leadership.
Key responsibilities of this role include leading annual budgeting and financial forecasts while aligning them with business objectives. You will develop, maintain, and enhance models for various business sectors within our organization. Additionally, you will track financial KPIs to provide insights that drive improvements, prepare financial presentations for senior leadership, monitor macroeconomic trends' impact on the business, collaborate with finance operations and leadership teams to align forecasts with business needs. Moreover, you will conduct feasibility studies, variance analysis for ongoing projects while identifying areas for continuous improvement in financial processes.
The ideal candidate for this position holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field along with professional certifications such as CA, CFA CPA or CMA. You should have 7-10 years of finance experience with at least 3-5 years in a similar role. Proficiency in SAP ERP systems and strong communication skills are essential requirements for this role.
