As a Senior Accountant at Al Rostamani International Exchange LLC, you will play a crucial role in applying accounting principles to analyze financial information and prepare accurate financial reports. Your responsibilities will include compiling and analyzing financial data, supervising the input of financial information into automated systems, monitoring accounting reports for accuracy, analyzing expenditure trends, explaining accounting policies to staff and vendors, resolving discrepancies, overseeing payroll processes in coordination with GHRD, handling admin-related tasks such as liaising with vendors and releasing purchase orders for assets/maintenance/staff tickets.
Additionally, you will be responsible for recommending appropriate budget levels based on expenditure analysis, maintaining financial databases and filing systems (both manual and computer-based), liaising with internal and external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits, assisting in year-end/monthly book closings, preparing schedules for audits, establishing accounting control procedures, and ensuring that all assigned work activities are carried out in compliance with company policies.
