As an Accounts Payable Accountant at Al Rostamani International Exchange, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our organization. Your key responsibilities will include compiling and scrutinizing branch petty cash claims with vouchers, reviewing expenses, obtaining necessary approvals, and releasing payments within set time frames. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end processes for staff ticketing in coordination with ART and staff. Handling staff HRA requests, LPOs for asset procurement, and pantry/stationery requests will also fall under your purview. It is essential that all assigned work activities are carried out in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate for this position should hold a graduate degree in Finance or Accounting with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English and strong communication skills are required, along with knowledge of basic computer applications and operations. Numeracy, analytical abilities, coordination skills, and problem-solving capabilities are essential for success in this role. A positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and previous experience in handling outward communication to banks/agents/service providers would be advantageous. • At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate in Finance or Accounting Experience

• Compile and scrutinize branch petty cash claim with vouchers
• End to End process for Staff ticketing in co-ordination with ART and Staff
• Process staff HRA requests, LPOs for all assets procurement (purchases thru’ Accounts & Fin) &Pantry/stationery requests
• Ensure assigned work activities are carried out as per Company policies and procedures

• Good English and communication skills
• Knowledge of basic Computer applications and operations
• Numeracy, analytical, co-ordination and problem-solving skills
• Be pleasant, positive attitude and able to handle work pressure
• Previous experience of handling outward communication to banks/agents/service providers
