**Job Description:**

As the Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall financial operations and controls of the company. Your key responsibilities will include managing total Value At Risk (VAR), optimizing funds utilization and cost, treasury management, implementing accounting policies, ensuring proper revenue recognition and internal controls, compliance with tax laws, managing MIS reports for stakeholders, supporting business strategy formulation with financial inputs, enhancing internal control systems within finance areas, cost management and benchmarking, IT/technology process improvements, liaising with auditors and legal firms for statutory compliance and relationship management with banks.

**Qualifications:**
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

**Experience:**
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance

**Knowledge & Skills:**
- Excellent business acumen
- Bank dealings knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Management skills
- Good Interpersonal skills
