As a Key Account Manager - Project Sales, your main responsibilities will include developing strategic relationships with key clients, MEPs, and stakeholders. You will need to understand client needs thoroughly to provide customized electrical solutions that align with their project requirements. Driving new business development by identifying opportunities within assigned accounts and expanding market share in key sectors will be crucial for success in this role. Managing the complete sales cycle from proposal preparation and negotiation to closing deals is also part of the job description. Collaboration with internal departments such as Procurement, logistics, technical, and finance teams is essential to ensure timely delivery and project coordination. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, project progress, and forecasting using CRM tools is another important aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate for this position should hold an accredited Degree or Graduation in Engineering with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project sales or key account management within the electrical industry (preferably cables, wires, or MEP supplies). Having a strong existing network of consultants, contractors, and developers in the GCC market will be beneficial for this role.
