As an Assistant Manager - Finance at Al Tayer Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting management decision-making and planning through insightful financial analysis and reporting. You will be responsible for maintaining effective controls over financial processes, preparing financial statements, managing information, tax reporting, budgets, and forecasts in alignment with ATG guidelines.

Your essential roles and responsibilities will include providing input on the company's budget, controlling expenses within operating budgets, preparing monthly and annual financial statements for UAE and KSA entities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards (IFRS), conducting financial analysis for performance insights, supervising day-to-day accounting operations, managing cash flow forecasts for liquidity adequacy, leading budget preparation with department heads for accurate projections, managing external audit processes, ensuring tax compliance and reporting accuracy.

To excel in this role as an ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role within a construction company. Experience in SAP, Hyperion, Power BI is preferred. Additionally, you should possess strong leadership skills to manage and mentor team members effectively while promoting a collaborative work environment within the accounting team.
