Al Tayer Insignia LLC, a leading company in the beauty and digital industry in the United Arab Emirates, is seeking an HR Executive to join our team. Our mission is to provide exceptional operational support to our Regional Beauty and Digital division while upholding the values of integrity, professionalism, and employee development. We are looking for a dedicated individual who will serve as a representative of the HR function, providing day-to-day support to employees and management.

As an HR Executive at Al Tayer Insignia LLC, you will play a crucial role in various aspects of HR operations. You will be responsible for participating in the implementation of employee induction and orientation plans, ensuring new recruits have a smooth transition into their roles. Additionally, you will handle staff grievance and disciplinary issues, providing guidance to line managers for resolution in line with HR policies. Your role will also involve facilitating the performance management process, driving appraisal processes for successful conclusions during probation and annual cycles.

Furthermore, as an HR Executive, you will be instrumental in overseeing the entry and maintenance of employee data on all HR systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness. You will coordinate on exit processes for employees leaving the organization, ensuring final settlement dues are paid promptly and visas are canceled within appropriate time frames. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing official letters as required per approved employee requests in a timely manner and ensuring system updates, report generation, and record-keeping are done accurately.
