Job Purpose:

We are seeking vibrant and engaging restaurant managers to lead some of our premier home-grown and stylish brands. Ideal candidates will possess a deep passion for food and beverage along with a natural talent for creating exceptional guest experiences and nurturing team development.

The primary responsibilities of this role include overseeing revenue generation, profitability goals, and maintaining quality standards for our chic homegrown brand. Day-to-day tasks will involve ensuring efficient restaurant operations while upholding high production levels, productivity standards, service quality, customer satisfaction levels as well as employee performance metrics.

Key Criteria Required:

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in full-service fine or casual dining restaurant management. Prior experience within homegrown brands is highly preferred. Educational qualifications in restaurant or hospitality management are essential. Proficiency in English & Arabic communication is required.
Successful candidates should demonstrate a track record of meeting targets with a strong customer service orientation. In-depth knowledge of the F&B industry including regional best practices and management techniques is crucial. Financial acumen is necessary to develop effective business strategies that drive revenue growth.
Additionally, candidates should possess coaching & mentoring skills along with strong leadership abilities to foster team development effectively. The ability to multitask efficiently while organizing work priorities is vital for success in this role.
