Job Purpose:

Alabbar Enterprises is seeking dynamic and personable Restaurant Managers to lead some of our leading home-grown and stylish brands. The ideal candidates will have a passion for food and beverage, an ability to provide exceptional guest experiences, and a talent for developing people within the team.

Responsibilities:

The primary focus of this role includes maintaining revenue, profitability, and quality goals for our chic homegrown brand. On a daily basis, the Restaurant Manager will oversee efficient restaurant operations while upholding high production standards in terms of productivity, quality, customer service, and staff management.

Key Criteria Required:

- Minimum 5 years of full-service fine or casual dining restaurant management experience
- Experience within homegrown brands preferred
- Relevant educational qualifications in restaurant or hospitality management
- Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic
