As an Account Manager at Allianz Partners, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing assigned accounts to ensure positive client experiences, renewals, and maximize profitability through daily account management activities. You will act as the account lead for assigned accounts based on the Client Value Proposition, building long-term successful relationships with clients while anticipating future needs and challenges. Your role will involve documenting relevant information in Salesforce, communicating with various departments to ensure understanding for decision-making processes, and leading client meetings as required.

In addition to managing accounts effectively, you will be expected to provide excellent client experiences by offering quick resolutions to challenges in a client-centric manner. You will independently identify solutions to client requirements, manage escalations efficiently, analyze client feedback for improvement opportunities, and ensure tailored processes are optimized over time. Moreover, you will play a key role in preparing renewal documentation within agreed timeframes, negotiating renewals internally and externally for favorable outcomes, aiming to improve profitability for the assigned portfolio.
