Alpago Group, a prominent luxury resident, offices, and retail maintenance company in the United Arab Emirates, is currently seeking a Facility Management Operations Manager to oversee the facility management of properties developed or constructed by Alpago Properties and Alpago Contracting. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and maintaining high-end facilities for our clients.

The FM Operations Manager will report to the Project Director and be responsible for leading a team consisting of a Handover Process Manager, Procedure Development Manager, Technical Manager, Procurement officer, Administrative officer, and other relevant personnel. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure the effective maintenance of all facilities under Preventative Maintenance contracts or owned by Alpago Properties/Contracting. Additionally, the manager will work on preparing Preventative Maintenance contracts and schedules in collaboration with key team members.

Key responsibilities include managing client relations to ensure satisfaction throughout the contract period, aligning preventative maintenance schedules with client needs, coordinating DLP-related issues within internal teams, preparing budgets in conjunction with relevant officers, responding promptly to emergency situations raised by clients, participating in planning procedures regarding maintenance activities, submitting progress reports as required, conducting regular visits to clients to address their needs efficiently.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in architecture/civil engineering or relevant engineering field from reputable universities. They should have at least 8 years of experience in construction or maintenance of buildings and fit-out projects within luxury hotel/high-class residential buildings and retail sectors. Additionally, a minimum of 5 years of experience managing a maintenance team is required. Strong leadership skills, project management abilities, familiarity with preventive maintenance practices are essential. Proficiency in Autocad, MSProject, Primavera and MS Office applications is preferred.
