Finance Manager - Packaging, ROW Central Programs

Amazon Middle East and North Africa FZ-LLC is seeking a Finance Manager to join the RoW Central Programs team in the United Arab Emirates. As a finance partner to RoW Central Programs Leadership, you will play a crucial role in supporting key business decisions and driving cost improvement programs. The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to effectively manage the finances of a high-growth business.

Key responsibilities for this role include building financial analysis models to drive operational decisions across the Amazon network, working on cost reduction initiatives, contributing to long-term planning and annual budgets, and automating existing models and tools to scale up Amazon's supply chain network. Additionally, you will be responsible for operations planning, cost planning for the network, evaluating and improving methodologies core to business models and tools, collaborating with operations personnel for process improvements, managing weekly/monthly/quarterly results reporting, and facilitating financial review meetings with key partner business groups.

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience
• 6+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience
• MBA, or CPA
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL

• Build financial analysis models driving operational decisions across the Amazon network
• Working on cost out initiatives
• Automate existing models and tools to contribute in scale-up of the Amazon's supply chain network.
