Your responsibilities will include receiving daily petty cash documents from various departments, reviewing all attached documentation for compliance with company policy, preparing invoices for each department, and ensuring timely payments after approval. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing daily expense claims for various business activities, ensuring compliance with company policy on spending limits and exclusions, preparing invoices for each claim, and initiating payments after approval.

The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Prior exposure to accounting software and familiarity with financial systems is required. You should have 2-3 years of applicable administrative work experience, with a background in the F&B industry being a plus. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for financial tracking, reporting, and presentation is essential. Strong time management skills are also necessary to work efficiently under pressure and handle high volumes of work within tight deadlines.
