Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

We are currently seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both IT and non-IT positions. This includes sourcing candidates through job boards, Boolean search techniques, and headhunting strategies, conducting thorough screening and interviews, and ultimately hiring the best candidates who align with our company values and culture.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with business teams to optimize resource allocation and ensure project requirements are met with the right talent. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining and refining our company's compensation structure by conducting salary surveys, job evaluations, and preparing budgets. Your recommendations for pay structure revisions will directly impact our ability to attract and retain top talent in the market.

Additionally, you will provide regular recruitment reports to the head of recruitment, demonstrating your ability to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. Your strong communication skills will be essential as you work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure seamless onboarding and successful integration of new hires into the team.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in end-to-end recruitment process for IT and non-IT positions
