As a Restaurant Manager at Anantara Hotels & Resorts, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a professional and profitable operation within the framework of the hotel. Working closely with the hotel training manager, you will identify training needs, develop necessary training programs for department employees, and support Departmental Trainers in improving hotel service levels through daily training initiatives. You will also play a crucial role in achieving departmental budget goals by maintaining profits through increased sales revenue and efficient cost expenditure.

In addition to overseeing accounting procedures, forecasting business demands for efficient staffing and food production, executing marketing plans for the outlet, conducting Team Member reviews and appraisals professionally and timely manner, you will be responsible for maintaining outlet safety standards at all times. Your role will also involve asset management of all outlet property and facilities including regular preventative maintenance inspections. By promoting positive inter-departmental relations through candid communication and cooperation while supporting requested functions from the Banqueting department, you will lead by example with a "hands-on" approach to motivate our Team Members towards excellence.
