Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals. Our Director of Marketing will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and market share.
Oversee the operation of the marketing department and guide its day-to-day activities.
Manage and refine the organization's social media presence.
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
Create and manage a content marketing strategy that supports organizational goals across all brands and customer avatars, from brand awareness to customer retention.
Work closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies.
Manage marketing budget and expenditures.
Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels.
Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter-strategies.
Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals.
Create a solid network of strategic partnerships.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Marketing Director or another senior marketing role.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Expertise in digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
Strong understanding of web analytics tools and the ability to set and evaluate marketing metrics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and budget constraints.
