Restaurant Manager

As the Restaurant Manager, you will have the opportunity to oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and a memorable dining experience for their guests. Responsibilities include managing overall operations, staff scheduling, inventory management, vendor relationships, recruiting and training staff, creating a welcoming atmosphere, developing revenue strategies, monitoring food quality, staying updated on market trends, and handling customer complaints. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in UAE, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of restaurant operations and financial acumen. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required in the hospitality industry.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
