We are currently seeking a Director of Business Development to join our team at the KAFD Conference Centre and Above 303 Lounge in the United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, you will provide training, mentoring, and coaching to the Business Development team while overseeing local GCC and international travel as required.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in both Arabic and English, and have established connections within the MICE industry in both the GCC region and internationally. Results-oriented with a keen eye for detail, you thrive under pressure and excel at exceeding budgets. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in positioning the KAFD Conference Centre and Above 303 Lounge as premier venues while identifying new revenue streams. Preference will be given to experienced Saudi Nationals who share our values of excellence and customer-centricity.
The KAFD Conference Centre is a state-of-the-art facility designed to host various events and conferences with cutting-edge technology features such as operable walls, retractable projection screens, a banquet hall accommodating up to 800 guests, an auditorium seating 600 individuals with full lecture support, and outdoor plazas for networking opportunities.
