Aspen Pharma Group, a leading pharmaceutical company in the United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Regulatory Affairs and Labelling Associate to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing regulatory affairs activities to meet departmental and business goals. You will ensure alignment with internal procedures for regulatory standards and communicate regulatory requirements effectively to stakeholders and project teams. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will manage the entire process from concept/development to artwork release for regulatory artwork changes.
Your responsibilities will include compiling and submitting regulatory documents according to local requirements, updating regulatory trackers with accurate information, archiving submitted dossiers in shared folders, developing a detailed understanding of regulatory guidelines for assigned countries, managing product renewals for assigned markets, providing cross-functional support on new product launches, and overseeing labelling & artwork management (Local/Global IPs).
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a relevant life science degree. A Master’s Degree and MOH Pharmacist License would be an added advantage. You should have 2-4 years of experience in Regulatory affairs within FMCG/Nutrition/Pharma/consumer industries. Proficiency in English writing & speaking is essential, with Arabic and French language skills considered an added value. Additionally, you should possess good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point), analytical thinking skills, understanding of local regulations, time management skills.
