As a Financial Analyst at Astra Tech, you will play a crucial role in conducting in-depth financial analysis of various business segments within Botim. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining complex financial models to support strategic decision-making, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), assisting in the preparation of presentations for senior management and investors, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights. Additionally, you will stay informed about industry trends and ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with at least 3 years of experience in financial analysis within the fintech industry. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VBA and macros), excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential. Communication skills and experience with financial reporting software or ERP systems would be advantageous.
