We are currently seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in driving our financial success while ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies aligned with ASTUDIO’s goals, overseeing budgets, tracking expenses, implementing cost-saving measures, preparing monthly and annual financial reports with valuable insights for leadership, managing cash flow effectively through accurate forecasting, leading the finance team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and financial health, overseeing client and vendor management processes including billing and payments while maintaining strong financial relationships, as well as ensuring adherence to regulations and mitigating financial risks.
The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager in a fast-paced, creative environment. A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required, with CPA/CFA preferred. Strong analytical skills, leadership qualities, problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.
