As the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the region. You will own and exceed annual sales targets while creating account strategies to secure big contracts. Your role will involve preparing financial forecasts, setting budgets, and engaging in strategic planning to strengthen our market presence through negotiating complex deals and executing Go-to-Market plans. Additionally, you will identify and onboard partners, manage CXO relationships, and collaborate with peer groups across various departments.

In this role, you will also be tasked with liaising with key customers to understand their business needs and objectives, fostering partnerships, and developing cross-sales opportunities by aligning our solutions with customer requirements. By staying informed about industry trends and market intelligence, you will effectively communicate our value proposition through proposals and presentations. Furthermore, you will work closely with internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Product Development, Marketing, Leadership teams to develop strategic business deals based on market insights.
