Strategic Finance Manager, WooCommerce

We are currently seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to join our Finance team at WooCommerce. In this role reporting to the CFO of WooCommerce, you will be responsible for developing insightful financial models and analysis that support business growth. Working closely with key stakeholders within the organization, you will contribute to strategic planning and operational execution. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in corporate financial operations with expertise in FP&A in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities for this position include overseeing reporting packages for leadership review, conducting management reviews to drive decisions, analyzing KPI shifts and providing insights to stakeholders. Additionally, you will be involved in supporting potential partnerships and acquisitions by creating standard financial models and metrics for analysis. A background in SaaS/Software industries is preferred along with experience working with online payments across multiple countries.

• 8+ years of experience working in corporate or business-unit financial operations with demonstrated success
• Extensive experience with FP&A at both corporate and business unit levels
• Online payments experience across multiple countries
• Strong technical understanding of the online payments industry
• Experience in SaaS/Software and forecasting revenue and costs
• Knowledge of SMB, commerce, or fintech preferred

• Oversee the creation of reporting packages for WooCommerce leadership
• Organize and conduct management reviews to drive decisions
• Provide support on potential partnerships, acquisitions, and growth initiatives
