Financial Reporting Manager

Aventus, a leading organization in the United Arab Emirates, is dedicated to financial stability and strategic planning through accurate budgeting and forecasting processes. We are currently seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to oversee our operational (OPEX) and capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgeting activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with department heads to align financial resources with strategic objectives and operational plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop annual budgets that reflect the organization's strategic goals and plans.
- Collaborate with department heads to set financial targets and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Implement budget templates and guidelines to streamline the budgeting process.
- Conduct regular financial forecasting and analysis for Opex and Capex.
- Monitor performance against forecasts, identifying variances, and providing actionable insights.
- Update forecasts based on changing business conditions or strategic shifts.
- Monitor Opex and Capex budget performance against targets, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Address budget variances, ensuring effective cost control measures are in place.
- Provide recommendations on budget allocation between CAPEX and OPEX.
- Collaborate with other teams to gather and analyze financial data for budgeting purposes.
- Ensure compliance with budgeting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Policy, Procedures, Process, and Systems:
- Follow the operational strategy in compliance with group delegation of authority policy.
- Ensure compliance with organization's policy, systems, processes, procedures, and controls in line with group delegation of authority policy.

Reporting:
- Manage the preparation of management reports to keep senior management informed about progress of various initiatives.
