The ideal candidate for this role will be a commercially driven leader with a growth mindset, capable of leading regional market expansion in alignment with our 3-year growth strategy. They will oversee the evolution of P&L, headcount growth, and drive regulatory licensing efforts while developing commercial and operational strategies to scale the business effectively. This role requires hands-on leadership to balance strategic oversight with day-to-day execution, building and managing a high-performing team within a flexible and non-corporate culture.
Key responsibilities include establishing the company's regional presence in UAE, shaping key operational strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, determining office location, driving regulation licensing efforts, and maintaining agility in navigating the rapidly changing financial landscape. The successful candidate will possess strong familiarity with financial assets and blockchain technology, experience in DeFi and TradFi, traditional trading platforms knowledge (FX, equities), as well as an understanding of regional regulations - particularly those from UAE.
