The Finance Executive will be responsible for overseeing invoice processing and payment control by ensuring proper booking of invoices with reference to approved PO/Internal IOC. Additionally, they will be tasked with reconciling sub system accounts, including intercompany accounts, to ensure accuracy between GL accounts. Coordination with Group HR on payroll interfaces and managing fixed assets capitalization are also key responsibilities of this role. The Finance Executive will also provide MIS support by assisting the Finance Manager with month-end reporting and ensuring bookkeeping hygiene.
To excel in this role, candidates should have 10-12 years of accounting experience in an ERP environment, preferably Oracle or SAP. A qualification as a Certified Accountant (ACCA/CPA/CIMA/CMA etc.) is required. Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential for success in this position. The ideal candidate will be result-oriented, analytical, and possess strong teamwork skills.
