We are currently seeking a Manager of Financial Reporting & Analysis to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the preparation, analysis, and reporting of financial statements and metrics to senior management and stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing financial plans such as annual budgets and forecasts, maintaining financial models to support strategic planning processes, providing insights based on financial data for decision-making, ensuring alignment of financial measures with business objectives, monitoring expenditure against budget targets, preparing financial reports for senior management highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Additionally, the Manager will collaborate with external auditors during the audit process, provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives like mergers or acquisitions, control costs to ensure financial efficiency and profitability. The candidate should hold a Chartered Accountancy/Master's degree or MBA qualification with certifications like CPA or CMA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in real estate development or relevant industries is required along with strong analytical skills in complex financial data analysis.
