Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager at Baker Hughes, you will be responsible for driving execution excellence within the site, focusing on Production Planning, Material Management, and Supply Chain functional costs. You will lead the Abu Dhabi plant by managing financial play for strategic business expansion, shaping local initiatives with the site leadership team, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. Additionally, you will support Engineering KPIs, drive cost accountability, and collaborate with various teams to shape compliance operations.

To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent with at least 5 years of finance experience and 3 years of management experience. Strong analytical ability, business acumen, interpersonal skills, leadership qualities are essential. Knowledge in SAP BI and prior experience in Oil & Gas sector would be advantageous.

• 5+ years of experience in a finance role
• 3+ years of management experience
• Experience in Oil & Gas (preferably)
• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in either Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent
• Strong analytical ability & business acumen
• Knowledge in SAP BI

• Owning Surface Pressure Control (SPC) UAE Ledger to ensure accuracy, good quality of closing and right level of analysis
• Leading Abu Dhabi plant, and drive priorities, execution, and process consistency
• Supporting Engineering KPI’s and drive cost accountability.
• Partnering with Controllership and shared services Centre of Excellence teams to shape compliance for operations
