**Job Description:**
We are currently looking for a Head of Balance Sheet Management with extensive experience in treasury functions from a tier one Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing key areas such as Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB), Liquidity management, Funding strategies, and Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP). As our client embarks on an exciting phase of expansion, we need a skilled professional who can lead the treasury team effectively towards achieving strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in Liquidity & Funding management, Planning & Forecasting, Stress Testing methodologies, IRRBB policy development and implementation, as well as expertise in TMS System Implementation. Your role will involve steering the Bank's treasury activities by implementing robust policies and models to optimize balance sheet performance. You will also play a critical role in ensuring efficient Funds Transfer Pricing mechanisms are in place to support the Bank's overall financial stability.
