Project Manager

As a Project Manager at BEUMER Group, your primary responsibility will be to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects in alignment with PMI-based standards. You will oversee project deliverables and progress reporting while ensuring that all activities are conducted in conformity with project requirements and contracts. Additionally, you will act as a people champion by setting goals for the team and motivating them towards successful project completion. Your role will also involve coordinating internal and external project activities across departments and group companies.

To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Commercial fields with a minimum of 6 years of experience in project management. International project exposure is considered advantageous. A Project Management Certification (PMP) or IPMA Level C certification is preferred. Proficiency in English at an advanced level (C1) is essential for effective communication within our global team. Your functional skills should include strong project management abilities along with expertise in various aspects such as scope management, financial management, risk management, stakeholder management, HSE management on-site among others.
