Our client, an Integrated Facilities Management company based in Oman, is currently seeking a dedicated General Manager to join their team. With a mission to provide top-notch services and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, our client is looking for someone who can oversee all aspects of the village's operations, facility management, entertainment, and safety/security.
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that residents have access to a wide range of services, including dining options, recreational activities, fitness facilities, and entertainment choices. You will also play a crucial role in implementing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and resident satisfaction. Moreover, your role will involve developing and executing commercial strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue generation.
To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of facility management processes, operational efficiency, and marketing principles. Previous experience in operations management within the hospitality industry or residential facility management is essential. A proven track record in commercial management, marketing strategies development and business growth is also required. Ideally, you should have experience managing large-scale facilities or residential communities.
