Finance Officer

Bitcoin Suisse AG, a pioneering crypto-financial service provider based in Switzerland, is seeking a Finance Officer to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. Our mission is to be the trusted gateway to crypto asset investing, offering a comprehensive range of services such as brokerage, custody, staking, and other crypto-related solutions. With a focus on delivering tailored solutions and leveraging deep crypto expertise, we have played a key role in shaping the blockchain ecosystem over the past decade. As part of our global expansion strategy, we are establishing a regulated presence in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) to further expand our international footprint.

The Finance Officer will oversee the financial strategy and operations of our organization in the UAE. Responsibilities include financial planning, accounting, reporting, and risk management to ensure the company's financial health as we scale in the digital asset sector. This role is crucial in managing both financial and strategic aspects while aligning with the corporate vision and navigating complexities within the digital assets space.

Key responsibilities for this role include supporting the ADGM company in obtaining its Category 3a Financial Services Permission (FSP), building strong relationships with regulatory bodies and stakeholders, leading financial strategies implementation to meet goals, ensuring compliance with relevant FSRA and ADGM regulations, overseeing financial planning processes aligned with strategic objectives, managing financial risks including market risk and currency exposure related to digital assets compliance.
