We are currently seeking a Full-Time Senior Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a Senior Structural Engineer at Blake Anderson, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of structural engineers and representing our company effectively in client interactions. Reporting to the Structural Associate or Structural Director, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, project management, client management, code compliance, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
In terms of technical leadership, you will lead and mentor junior engineers while overseeing the structural design and analysis of various building types such as residential and commercial structures. You will ensure the accurate and timely delivery of structural design deliverables while maintaining a high level of technical excellence and adherence to best practices. Additionally, you will manage and coordinate the structural engineering aspects of projects from inception to completion by developing project schedules, budgets, monitoring progress, and resolving potential issues.
As a Senior Structural Engineer at Blake Anderson, you will also represent the company in client meetings and presentations while building strong relationships with clients and consultants.
