We are currently looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be analytical, forward-thinking, and deadline-driven. Working closely with the Director of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, you will provide timely and accurate financial analysis to support business objectives related to revenue generation, profitability, and overall strategy.

Key responsibilities for this role include interacting with leadership teams to prepare budgets and forecasts, creating financial models for growth predictions, consolidating annual budgets for various departments into one master budget, monitoring budgets on SAP for decision-making purposes, analyzing monthly financial performance against budgets, preparing variance analyses, updating long-term strategic plans based on recommendations from senior management, evaluating projects and investments, and generating ad-hoc management reports as needed.

To excel in this position, you should have a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with at least 7 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations or Finance. You must possess a strong understanding of financial systems, commercial strategy development, and investment propositions. Advanced computer skills are essential with proficiency in MS Office applications like Excel and SAP. Strong communication skills are also necessary to convey complex financial information clearly to senior management.
