As the Senior Accountant – FP&A and Treasury, you will play a crucial role in driving financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and treasury activities. Your responsibilities will include creating financial models, analyzing data to provide insights for strategic decision-making, managing the company's budget and cash flow, as well as identifying and mitigating financial risks. You will be instrumental in defining short and long-term financial strategies to optimize performance while supporting company leadership with operational finance processes.

The ideal candidate for this position should hold a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (CA, ACCA, CMA, CFA or CPA required) with at least 10 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion and advanced Excel skills are essential. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis, as well as strong organizational abilities are key competencies required for this role. The successful candidate must be proactive, self-motivated with leadership qualities to thrive in our dynamic work environment.
