We are currently seeking a Financial Accountant to join our Finance Team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in financial accounting within the Oil & Gas Industrial Market. As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for handling financial records, ensuring accurate invoicing, and overseeing accounts payables and receivables. Additionally, you will be required to have hands-on experience in financial reporting, data entry, and supporting both internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Your main responsibilities will include weekly reporting on general job-related matters and responding to requests from the Finance Manager. You will reconcile collection and billing accounts regularly to accurately reflect the status of accounts receivable. Moreover, you will be accountable for accurately posting all AP & AR invoices on the ERP system and monthly reconciliation of customers' and suppliers' accounts. You will also ensure completeness and accuracy of Cost of Sales upon revenue recognition.
As a Financial Accountant at Burckhardt Compression AG, you will play a crucial role in coordinating AR collection with the sales team, monitoring trade receivables due dates monthly, verifying, allocating, posting invoices promptly to ensure timely payment to suppliers. You will also be responsible for updating sales reports weekly as well as supporting in monthly closing activities, budgeting processes, forecasting tasks, and preparing for audit reporting requirements.
