The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, along with CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification being a plus. The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, IFRS standards, audit coordination, and ERP systems. Proficiency in advanced reporting techniques and general ledger management is essential for this role.

As a Senior Accountant at Business Investment, you will be responsible for overseeing the full accounting cycle, including journal entries, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements. You will lead general ledger activities to ensure accuracy in recording financial transactions and perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closings with precise reporting to management. Additionally, you will manage tax compliance, cash flow management, and financial controls while leading the year-end audit process and coordinating with external auditors.
