Financial Controller

As the Financial Controller, you will report directly to the CFO and initially oversee a team comprising a Financial Reporting Analyst and a Financial Accountant. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing financial reporting, accounting processes, internal controls, and financial analysis. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements, leading budgeting and forecasting efforts, and providing strategic financial insights to senior management. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes while maintaining internal controls to safeguard assets.

In this role, you will lead the development of annual budgets in collaboration with various departments to align with strategic objectives. You will also update financial forecasts regularly to provide valuable insights into cash flow, revenue projections, and expenses. Conducting variance analyses and providing explanations for significant differences will be crucial tasks that you will undertake. Moreover, your strategic financial analysis skills will be put to use as you contribute to developing financial strategies, identifying cost-saving opportunities, improving financial performance, and mitigating risks.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management and accounting roles
