Management Accountant

As a Management Accountant at our company, your key responsibilities will include preparing and presenting monthly management accounts, delivering gross margin, KPI, and variance analysis, leading budgeting, forecasting, and weekly cash flow reporting. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards, supporting internal controls, reconciliations, and governance. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor and manage junior finance staff while contributing to system improvements and finance transformation projects.

To excel in this role, you must possess a Chartered Accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CMA or ICAEW) along with at least 3 years of experience in operational finance within the Energy or Construction sectors. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office is essential. A strong analytical mindset with leadership skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this position. Moreover, having a strong business partner skill set where communication is key will be beneficial as you collaborate with various teams across the organization.
