As the Director of Sales at Calyptus, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by overseeing pipeline generation, qualification, enrichment, and execution. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a high level of activity for prospecting through various channels such as calls, messaging platforms, and meetings. You will be tasked with gathering prospect requirements and customizing product positioning and demonstrations to meet their specific needs effectively.

Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing channel and partner strategies to drive incremental revenue generation. Handling deals from end to end—including commercials, negotiation, procurement—will be a key aspect of your role. By identifying key customers' feedback and requirements and reporting them back to Product and Marketing teams, you will contribute to enhancing our products' competitiveness in the market. Representing Calyptus at conferences, attending meetups, and engaging with local channel partners to facilitate deals will also be part of your responsibilities.
