We are currently seeking a Senior System Analyst - Treasury Applications Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading L2 support for various treasury applications such as FIS Quantum, Calypso, Ambit Focus, among others. Your main duties will include managing a team of L1/L2 support analysts, ensuring smooth business as usual (BAU) operations and incident management, collaborating with business users and vendors, as well as overseeing system availability and disaster recovery (DR) environments.
To excel in this position, you should have at least 10 years of IT experience within the banking or financial services industry. Hands-on expertise in treasury applications and database management is essential for this role, with a specific requirement for proficiency in Calypso. Strong leadership skills along with excellent problem-solving abilities are crucial for success in this position. Industry certifications would be viewed favorably but are not mandatory.
