Delivery of HR Annual plan in line with EMEA and Country/Company HR strategy to drive individual and organizational goals, and drive HR processes and service in line with Business & Functions objectives.

Responsible for Key HR Processes and Services for Canon Emirates organization – Talent Acquisition, Induction & Onboarding, Compensation & Benefits and Exit Management.
Coach and Partner with Business/Functional Heads and People Managers to deliver right employee experience by incorporating best practices.
Design and drive local HR initiatives and policies that support the regional strategies focused on Employee Engagement and Retention.
Be the Key Point of Contact for Canon Emirates team and manage employee relations, policies, and benefit administration.
Drive Performance Management with timely objective setting and KPI reviews.
Responsible for identifying and supporting the onboarding of right partners and agencies for recruitment, outsourcing and trainings by running the tender processes along with Procurement.
Design and Process HR Monthly Dashboard.

Minimum 6 – 8 years of experience in similar roles within multinational companies.
Supervisor Experience – Highly Desirable.
