We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our Finance department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role by preparing accurate management information, supporting year-end processes, overseeing month-end closing activities, analyzing results against targets, and collaborating with external auditors to ensure compliance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and other regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Accountant will supervise tax compliance, manage cash flow, coordinate with department heads on financial or operational issues, develop tools for financial efficiency, support risk management strategies, prepare ad-hoc reports for senior management, and maintain effective internal controls.

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a degree in Accountancy or Finance along with a professional qualification such as CA, CPA or ACCA. A minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles is required. Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques, forecasting methods, budgeting skills, familiarity with international taxation laws in the GCC region is advantageous. The ideal candidate should have exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle), advanced Excel skills for data presentation to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
